Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he should report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Myladuthurai, Nagapattinam District daily at 10.30 a.m in Crl.M.P.No.672 of 2019 dated 11.01.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.25647 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MOHANA KRISHNAN Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25647 of 2018 on 14.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25647 of 2018 on 14.11.2018, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
