ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. On perusal of the complaint, it is seen that the opposite party had issued two cheques, which were dishonourned and the allegation is that the opposite party is threatening the petitioner and asking him to return the two cheques. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In my considered opinion, the complaint does not disclose the commission of any cognizable offence. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
