O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for a modification of the bail condition imposed on 07.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, POCSO Court, Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail vide order of the learned Sessions Judge, POCSO Court, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2020 dated 07.01.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a poor person, but the learned Magistrate has imposed the condition directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two Government solvent sureties for like sum each and the petitioner/accused shall appear before the respondent police daily at 9.00 a.m., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and 5.00 p.m., until further orders and also co-operate with the respondent police for investigation as and when required.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

4. Given the facts and circumstances, this Court considers that the condition imposed by the learned Magistrate is modified as follows:

''The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two blood sureties, for like sum each''. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above modification.
