At the time of reserving orders in O.A.Nos.560, 561 and 562 of 2021 on 04.03.2022, it was represented by the learned counsel for the respondent/election petitioner that subject to the outcome of the orders passed in O.A.Nos.560, 561 and 562 of 2021, these applications may be considered thereafter and the said submission was recorded.

2. This Court, vide order dated 24.06.2022, has allowed O.A.Nos.560, 561 & 562 of 2021 and consequently, dismissed the election petition in ELP.No.17/2016 as infructuous.

3. In the light of the above, these original applications are also dismissed.
