This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in respect of Crime No.53 of 2016 dated 10.02.2016, registered under Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, from the file of the 3rd respondent to the CBCID, the 4th respondent herein.

Magistrate No.I, Jayamkondam, on 26.06.2019 as 'further action dropped on 24.06.2019'.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is left open to the petitioner/de facto complainant to pursue his remedy against the closure report filed by the respondent police, in accordance with law.
