ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and to take further action on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.10.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.120 of 2020 was issued and after preliminary enquiry was conducted, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 23.02.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without hearing the petitioner, the first respondent has closed the petitioner's complaint and no intimation has been received by the petitioner with regard to the closure report of her complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The first respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
