This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28 of 2024 to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
