ORDER

This application has been filed seeking to re-open the evidence of PW1 for the limited purpose of receiving and taking on record the Certificate affidavit under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 in respect of Exs.P24 & 25.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants reported no objection to allow this application.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also considering the fact that re-opening the evidence is to mark

the Certificate under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 in respect of the documents viz., Exs.P24 & 25 and in order to give fair chance to the applicants to examine the witness, this application is allowed. 5.Registry is directed to list the main suit on 05.03.2026, before the learned Master for continuation of plaintiffs' side evidence. 26-02-2026 DN
