Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

2. The licence granted in favour of the sixth respondent for running Aavin milk booth for a period of one year, by an order dated 10.12.2005, has been challenged in this Writ Petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would urge that the sixth respondent is not eligible to get the licence.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the lease period expired in the year 2006 itself and hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
5.It is an admitted fact that the lease period expired in the year 2006 and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. s/d- Assistant Registrar(J) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar pvs To
