This writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Police to grant police protection to the petitioner based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 09.02.2021 and 12.02.2021.

3.It is seen from records that there is already a pending dispute before the competent civil court in O.S.No.1970 of 2020. The dispute between the petitioner and the landlord is one of landlord tenant dispute and the Police has no role to play in the case of this nature. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the pending suit and proceed further in accordance with law. Except giving this liberty no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
