ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The grievance of the petitioner herein appears to be that the private respondents 5 and 6, who are Advocates by profession and who were inducted as the petitioner's tenants, have not vacated his property.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is comtemplating to initiate eviction proceedings before the appropriate court of law against the respondents 5 and 6.

3. We are of the view that the grievance of the petitioner would not amount to a professional misconduct that may warrant action from the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu against these practising lawyers. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the respondents 5 and 6 in not vacating the premises, the appropriate remedy would be to approach the appropriate Rent Control Board and to have his grievance redressed. As such, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be sustained.
