The interim custody of the cattle that are subject matter of the revision petition, are said to have been handed over to R2the second respondent. However, the suspension order was passed by this Court in M.P.No.1/2015 in Crime No.132 of 2015 and the same is pending.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent stated that final report has been filed and the case is ready for trial in C.C.No.466/15 and hence the revision hereby stands closed, with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thenkanikottai shall complete enquiry and dispose of the C.C within a period of 12 weeks. Till such time, the cattle shall be in custody of the Koshala. Consequently, connected M.P is closed.
