ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 10.12.2021 in W.P.No.18613 of 2018.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents stated that pursuant to the Government order in G.O.No.108, Industries, Investment Promotion & Commerce (E.1) Department dated 18.04.2023, the petitioner was permitted to retire from service by an order of the District Collector, Tirunelveli in Na.Ka.A6/14844/2017 dated 10.05.2023. Thereafter, the District Collector, Tirunelveli, had forwarded the pension papers to the Account General (A&E), Chennai, vide Na.Ka.No.L2/8394/2023 dated 22.06.2023, which indicates that the retirement benefits and the pensionary benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner.
