ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader produced proceedings of the Appointing Authority / District Revenue Officer, Thirunelveli District, in R.C.No. COLTNV/3409/2023-A5 dated 08.05.2023, whereby the pension proposals have been forwarded to the Accountant General, Chennai, in sanctioning pension from 01.11.2008 after deducting provisional pension. The relevant records of the Accountant General had also been produced.

It is seen that the amounts have been disbursed to the petitioner herein. No further orders are required in the Contempt Petition. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. He was also not present in the previous hearing date on 30.08.2023. 4.

Since there is compliance, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
