ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 10.12.2021 in W.P.No.18612 of 2018.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents stated that pursuant to the Government order in G.O.No.111, Industries, Investment Promotion & Commerce (E.1) Department dated 18.04.2023, the petitioner was permitted to retire from service by an order of the District Collector, Tirunelveli in Na.Ka.No.COLTNV/3402/2023-A6 dated 10.05.2023. Thereafter, the District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli, had also forwarded the pension papers to the Accountant General (A&E), Chennai, vide ROC.M2/4746/2023 dated 19.06.2023, which would indicate that the retirement benefits and the pensionary benefits had been disbursed to the petitioner.
