Heard Mr.T.Sellapandian, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the first respondent dated 08.12.2005.

3. By the impugned order, the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.10.2005 was not considered, due to the pendency of the writ petitions in W.P.Nos.22431 of 2004 and 23281 of 2004. In the impugned order it has been subsequently stated that the objections/complaint of the petitioner would be considered after disposal of the above writ petitions.

4. I find no illegality in the order impugned in this writ petition. If the petitioner is having any grievance, he is permitted to give a fresh complaint after disposal of the above writ petitions.

5. With the above observations, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
