ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation on the file of first respondent police to some other agency like CBCID or any other agency in respect of Crime No.427/2015 now pending on the file of first respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after the completion of investigation a final report was laid and the trial was conducted in S.C.No.6 of 2017 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Perambalur and a final judgment has also been passed.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
