(JL Agri) as per G.O.Ms.No.15, Food and Consumer Protection (CC1) Department, dated 08.02.2021 and pass orders.

The petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition challenging the letter of the 2nd respondent and for a direction to the 2nd respondent to include the name of the petitioner in waiver of loan.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Joint Registrar, produce records to show that loan was sanctioned to the petitioner only before 31.01.2021and avail the waiver of loan and also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the above said submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
