Respondent(s) PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the land and to fix boundaries in respect of the petitioner's property situated at Survey No.190 /1 in Pavunchipattu Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, to an extent of 3 acre and 12 cents, by considering the petitioners survey application dated 17/11/2025 and petitioners representation dated 15/12/2025 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her application dated 17.11.2025 and a representation dated 15.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had submitted an application dated 26.07.2025 and a representation dated 15.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the 2nd respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the

objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 2nd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance, on a request made by the 2nd respondent, the 4th respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
