O R D E R

By the impugned order dated 02.02.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.201 of 2017 in Crime No.9 of 2017, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, Namakkal, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each along with two sureties each for the likesum and also to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, subject to certain conditions. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to modify the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

imposed by the trial Judge in respect of deposit of the sum of Rs.10,000/- by each of the petitioners.

2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondent.

3.Heard both the sides.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, in the order made in Crl.M.P.No. 201 of 2017 in Crime No.9 of 2017 dated 02.02.2017, in respect of executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each along with two sureties each for the like sum and to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each for the likesum. The condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- by each of the petitioners, is deleted. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, shall remain unaltered. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
