Respondent(s) PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the land and to fix boundaries in respect of the petitioner's property situated at survey No.428/1A1 in Marandapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District consisting of a total extent of 1 acre 50 cents, by considering the petitioner's application in petition No.2025/0123/31/015644 dated 24.11.2025, within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his application dated 24.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner had submitted an application on 24.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.No prejudice will be caused to the 2nd respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-
(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 2nd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
