Heard.
2.This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondent to construct a building for a library and to establish a Ambedkar Statue, in S.No.330/14 of Vedanthavadi Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, based on the resolution No.2 passed by the respondent, dated 14.11.2013, within the time frame, that may be fixed by this Court.
3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the respondent. He had further prayed that on such representation being made by the petitioner, the same may be directed to be considered by the respondent and appropriate orders passed thereon, within a specified time, that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that, if the petitioner makes such a representation, the same shall be considered by the respondent and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, as may be directed by this Court.
5. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to make a representation, to the respondent, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made by the petitioner, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
6.The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
