Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent herein pertaining to the order bearing K.No.U.Mi.Po/E.Tha.Pa/Thiruva/Ko.Kattu/A.No.121/2011-12 dated 03.08.2011 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents herein to grant electricity connection to the petitioner's property bearing Door Nos.1/330 to 1/335-1 Bazaar Street, Srivanjiyam, Nannilam, in accordance with the petitioner's Application dated 27.7.2011.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also filed a Memo dated 26.04.2021 to that effect.

2.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
