ORDER
The learned Special District Judge, Erode, holding full additional charge of Judge, Family Court, Erode, vide D.No.312 of 2025 dated 08.07.2025 has sought for extension of time by three months to dispose of FCOP No.452 of 2024 along with M.C.No.70 of 2023. 1/4
2. This Court, by order dated 15.07.2024, disposed of the transfer civil petition with a direction to the trial court to dispose of HMOP No.12 of 2024 and MC No.70 of 2023 within a period of six months.
3. Subsequently, this Court, by order dated 28.04.2025 directed the trial Court to dispose of FCOP No.452 of 2024 along with M.C.No.70 of 2023 by extending further three months.
4. The learned Special District Judge has expressed genuine inconvenience and difficulties in disposing of the matters in compliance of the order of this Court.
5. I have gone through the Report of the learned Special Judge. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Special District Judge, who is holding full additional charge of Family Court, Erode.
6. In view of the same, the extension of time sought for by the learned Special Judge, Full Additional Charge of Judge, Family Court, Erode is granted and time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of FCOP No.452 of 2024 along with M.C.No.70 of 2023 31-07-2025 sr 2/4
