..Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to alter the FIR and include the name of the persons involved in the offence and the vehicle number and also the persons who received the stolen materials mentioned in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.2526 of 2016 and the reminder complaint dated 17.04.2016.

ORDER

The only grievance of the petitioner is that some of the

named persons are involved in the offence and the vehicle number has been mentioned in the First Information Report to that effect. He has given a representation/ complaint to the second respondent on 17.04.2016, which has not been considered till date. Hence, the present petition.

2.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the present criminal original petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 17.04.2016, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
