Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the second respondent pertaining to his order dated 06.06.2005 confirming the order of the third respondent bearing No.Ref.P&IR dated 28.08.2004 removing the petitioner from service and quash the same as illegal violative of principles of natural justice and arbitrary exercise power and consequently direct the respondents to re-instate the petitioner in service with continuity of service full back wages and all other attendant benefits.
