This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.450 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.450 of 2017 was completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Cuddalore and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.101 of 2019.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
