These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Ranjith Kuruvilla, the respondent in C.M.No.73 of 2018; To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Ranjith Kuruvilla the 4th respondent / insured in C.M.A.No.73 of 2018; To bring the respondents 5 to 7 herein as legal representative of the deceased 4th respondent / Insured Ranjith Kuruvilla and record them as respondents 5 to 7 in C.M.A.No.73 of 2018.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions. The delay of 30 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Ranjith Kuruvilla is condoned and the petition in C.M.P.No.2992 of 2021 is ordered. The abatement caused due to the death of Ranjith Kuruvilla the 4th respondent / insured is set aside and C.M.P.No.2986 of 2021 is allowed and the Proposed respondents 5 to 7 are ordered to be brought on record as legal representative of the deceased 4th respondent / S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.
