India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the order dated 24.02.2014 of the 3rd Respondent in its Memo No. 25791/PS(E) 2/MTC/2012 promoting the Diploma Holders-Technical Senior Tradesmen/ Tradesman as Foreman (Diploma), quash the same and direct the respondents to give promotion to the post of Junior Engineer for the members of the petitioners Association from the post of Technical- Senior Tradesman/ Tradesmen with effect from 24.02.2014.
