In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is seen that the petitioner has made allegation against the Charcoal Units for causing pollution. It is further stated that the petitioner started a Charcoal Unit in that area, and they have vacated the entire things after closing the units. It is in the said circumstances, the impleading petition is filed. 3.

Now, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner has serious objections to implead the proposed party. The petitioner in this petition states that he has closed down the Charcoal Unit and therefore, it is in the said circumstances, the petitioner himself can not have any interest in this lis. Hence, this petition is closed after recording the statement of counsel for impleading petitioner.
