This application has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner i.e., Marimuthu instead of Manimuthu in Crl.O.P.No.2346 of 2023 by order dated 03.02.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No. 2346 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further period of two weeks is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions.
