(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed challenging a Show Cause Notice issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. The show cause notice has been issued by the appropriate authority having jurisdiction. 2.Show cause notices are not ordinarily interfered with, in proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. No cogent grounds have also been made out for interference with the impugned show cause notice.

3.The writ petitioner might submit his reply to the show cause notice, if not already given, within a fortnight from this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date. The reply of the writ petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law.

4.Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
