O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 08.10.2024 of the respondent and for a consequential direction to the respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.G.Surya Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent. 3.

The application submitted by the petitioner seeking for transfer of patta was not entertained by the respondent on the ground that the petitioner has not submitted certain documents.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in possession of all the relevant documents sought for by the respondent. 2/5

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that if all the documents are furnished by the petitioner, the application will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In the light of the above development, the petitioner is directed to submit all the relevant documents before the respondent and the respondent is directed to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for transfer of patta with respect to the subject property. Necessary orders shall be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
