(Heard through Video Conferencing) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully and deliberately violating the order passed in W.P.No.19857 of 2011 dated 24.09.2012.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the order dated 24.09.2012 in W.P.No.19857 of 2011 has been complied with on 09.02.2018.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the said compliance report, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
