Respondent(s) PRAYER Directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent to measure the petitioners land property in Survey No.289/3 to an extent of about 0-74.00 Area (Hec/ Ares ) in Manjini Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District with aid of the 4th respondent by disposing of the Petitioners online application dated 26.12.2025 vide Petition No.2025/ 0123/ 08/ 015039 and the same within a time to be stipulated by this Honble court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted an online application on 26.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Mr.R.Venkatatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent. 4.No prejudice will be caused to respondents 2 and 3 if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners and any other

party as they deem it fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom the second respondent deems it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the second respondent, the fourth respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
