This revision has been filed against the order dated 12.12.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uttangarai, Krishnagiri District in Crl.M.P.No.1454 of 2018. 2.The investigation not yet completed and charge sheet is not filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to set aside the order passed by the Magistrate.
