(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioners herein have sought to implead themselves as party respondents to the above writ appeals bearing Nos.2641 of 2022 and 164 of 2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners / proposed parties are the students, who have obtained PG Diploma in Environmental Sanitation Science (Sanitary Inspector Course) from Madurai Kamaraj University through WASH Institute and they are identically situated persons like the writ petitioners / respondents 21 to 58 in WA No.2641 of 2022 and respondents 3 to 6 in WA No.164 of 2023. According to the learned counsel, the petitioners herein are the petitioners in WP No.28062 of 2018 which was allowed along with other writ petitions, by order dated 10.8.2022, which is under challenge in the present writ appeals; and that, any order passed in the writ appeals would affect the interest of the petitioners herein. Therefore, the present miscellaneous petitions came to be filed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no serious objection for ordering these petitions. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

av 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and also having regard to the no objection expressed on the side of the respondents, the petitioners herein are impleaded as party respondents to the above appeals and the present miscellaneous petitions are accordingly, ordered. 5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ appeals.
