On earlier occasions on 16.11.2023, 18.12.2023, 22.01.2024 and 08.02.2024, there was no representation on the side of 1/3
the appellant. On 08.02.2024, this Court had directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 12.02.2024. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation on both sides.
In view of the above, this Second Appeal stands dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
