ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23/04/2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner has not produced any proof for having given the complaint dated 23.4.2015 to the respondent police. It is also seen that there are supporting materials like Wound Certificate showing that the petitioner was assaulted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the third respondent police along with the Wound Certificate and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired by the third respondent, in the light of the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
