2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that a Non-Bailable Warrant is pending as against the petitioner before the Trial Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is not inclined to quash the proceeding in C.C.No.6154 of 2023 on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
