Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set-aside the partly allowing of order in M.C.No.520/2008 dated 28-02-2015 passed by the Learned Family Court Judge at Chennai and thereby allow the above Criminal Revision Petition.

The Matter was initially listed for hearing on 31.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 02.09.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 02.09.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter on two occasions (i.e.,) on 07.09.2021 and 09.09.2021, the matter was listed under the caption ''For Dismissal'', but there was no representation for the petitioner at the time of hearing. In order to give one last opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 14.09.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Even today (i.e.,) 14.09.2021 when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the Revision.
