CRIME NO.41 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for the period of fifteen days to comply the conditions imposed by this Hon`ble Court in order dated 03.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1361 of 2022 on the file of the Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MOHAMED ANSAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1361 of 2022, dated 03.02.2022, for depositing the amount.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the third petitioner could not able to arrange the deposit amount within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the third petitioner could not able to arrange the deposit amount within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the amount and furnishing sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 23/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
