2.This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to approve the list of office bearers, for the Petitioner Association, elected on 27.2.2014, in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the Rules governing the Service Associations of Department of Posts.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that an election, in respect of the said Association, had been conducted on 27.2.2014 and an Ad-hoc Committee had also been formed and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition has become infrcutuous. Hence, it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
