PRAYER : petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to rehabilitate the petitioner by retaining him at Recruit Training Centre, Group Centre, Avadi, Chennai and provide him specialist medical treatment as enumerated in the Central Reserve Police Force Standing Order No.04/2011 dated 27.07.2011 and in the light of the Hon'ble Division Bench Judgment of this Court rendered in W.A.No.1273 of 2017 dated 25.10.2017.

ORDER
