This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to release the vehicle that was seized in the course of investigation in Crime No.535 of 2019. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the defacto complainant had filed an application for release of vehicle and pursuant to the orders passed by the Court below, the vehicle has also been released to the defacto complainant. 3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition and accordingly this criminal original petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the release of vehicle in favour of the defacto complainant, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
