ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the tenant/revision petitioner herein, challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 04.03.2014 in

R.C.A.No.37 of 2012 on the file of the VII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, confirming the order of eviction and decree passed in R.C.O.P.No.139 of 2011 dated 04.01.2012 on the file of XII Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit, giving an undertaking to vacate and handover the vacant possession to the respondent/landlord on or before 31.12.2016 without driving the landlord to file an Execution Petition.
