The learned Trial Judge had sought for extension of time, to complete the Trial. In the letter of request he had stated that the accused did not appear on 09.01.2019 and a Non Bailable Warrant issued was against him and is pending for execution. Further, Regular Deputy Legal Advisor of the concerned Court had retired and Incharge of the Deputy Legal Advisor had been deputed to appear before the Trial Court only on two days in a week.

2. In view of the above, the request made by the learned Trial Judge is accepted and the time for concluding the trial is extended by three months either from the date of arrest of the accused or from the date of recall of the NonBailable Warrant. The respondent is directed to take steps to execute the Non Bailable Warrant without delay.
