ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 6 to 11 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2021 directing the respondents to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.31,00,000/- towards her professional fees based on the petitioner's representation, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner was a Special Government Pleader (Land Acquisition cases) during the period between 2011-17. According to the petitioner a part of her professional fees has not been paid despite sending invoices for the same to the respondents. Since her fees has not been paid, she has given representation on 20.12.2021 to the respondents. Since the representation has not been considered till date, she has filed this writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.PA.Sudesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation referred to supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law by the respondents, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 6th respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2021 requesting the respondents to pay the balance outstanding professional fees of Rs.31,00,000/-, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
