The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein from in any manner interfering with the running of the Ayurvedic Clinic under the name and style of "Lee Spa & Saloon" at No.1-2/2, K.S.C. School Street, Tiruppur City, Tiruppur - 641 604.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though license has been obtained by the petitioner from the Tiruppur City Municipal Corporation to run the Spa, the respondent police are interfering with the running of the Spa without having any valid reasons or cause of action. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed with the above relief.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, based on instructions, submitted that the police is not interfering with the running of the Spa and that the petitioner has already obtained license to run the same.

5. The said statement of the Additional Government Pleader is recorded and the Writ Petition is closed as no further order is necessary. However, it is made clear that in the event of finding any unlawful activities going on in the petitioner's Spa, it is open to the police to investigate the same and take action in accordance with law.
