ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.05.2025 and 20.05.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as an Associate Professor in Dr.Ambedkar Law College, Pudupakkam. He further submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is that subject wise professors were not appointed to teach the particular subject in the Law Colleges and he also made representations in this regard to the respondents on 05.05.2025 and 20.05.2025, however, no order was passed and hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2025 and to pass appropriate orders in

accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
